1000 Grit

Best all around stone in the series, it can be used by itself as the final edge or for medium repairs and reprofiling, creates a bright hazy finish that gets brighter with a 1 um diamond spray stroping.

The 1000 grit stone has the best blend of aggression and push cutting ability. It jumps nicely to the 5000 grit stone for enhanced polish and push cutting.
