Features

• 3 mm stone thickness with high concentration of high quality diamond grains in a non-porous Super Vitrified bonding

• 2 mm stabilizer layer to prevent warping on 3 mm stone during manufacturing

• Mounted on granite stone base, no corrosion, sticks to wet cloth better for more traditional set ups, better weight for less movement

5000 Grit

Highest grit in the series, increases polish brightness and will have slightly more of a mirror effect on the bevel than the 3000 grit, it is the best stone grit jump from 1000. It can still raise a burr quickly, not used for repair or reprofiling, enhances push cutting ability over the 3000 grit but still keeps "bite" at the edge. Finish on 1 um diamond spray strop for best results.
